Refunds/Rebates: To see the refund policy for the typing lesson or study guide you can buy through Lulu, please click "FAQ (1-4)" from the site map page. If you are owed a refund or rebate, please check your E-mail as your money will initially be sent to your E-mail address through PayPal. If you cannot process the E-payment, please let me know and you will get a check.

Privacy: Customer information is kept private and no unsolicited E-mails are sent. If you submit a rebate form, it will be your responsibility to submit a valid E-mail address and inform me of any E-mail changes so you can get a rebate for any purchase you make.
