Ways for typists to avoid Carpal Tunnel
Syndrome and repetitive motion stress injuries: 1) Press
your lap with both hands for 5 seconds before typing, 2) Press the fingers on one hand back for 5 seconds with the other hand
and switch, 3) Avoid striking the keys too hard, 4) Place the keyboard several inches away from the edge of the table so your
hands will be stretched out, 5) Avoid bending your wrists when possible, 6) Sit with your feet flat and your thighs parallel
to the floor and 7) Take a break from typing at least once an hour
